Stuck at success, then error 132

I've been seeing some people getting stuck at success, and some are also getting an error 132 after clicking cancel. As of right now the information I've gathered shows that the issue would be on the users' ISP's end, but I'm still not sure. I'd like to gather data from anyone having this issue so we can determine what's causing it.

Can you post some network information?

* What's the date that your account was billed?
* How many accounts do you have linked to each battle.net account?
* Windows Xp, Vista, or 7
* Firewall (McAfee, Norton, ZoneAlarm, etc.)
* Network Adapter make, model, and driver date and version (http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?locale=en_US&articleId=21137)
* Router make and model (this should be printed somewhere on the front or back or bottom)
* Cable or DSL Modem make and model
* ISP (Internet Provider)
* Is the connection wired or wireless
* Location (City, State)
* Traceroute (http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?articleId=21230)

If you're still having the issue, try moving the entire Wow folder to the root directory. For example:
C:\World of Warcraft

Delete the WTF, Interface folder and Cache folder from your Wow directory and try logging in again.

Lavache and Lightforger,

Can both of you reply back with the information that David originally asked for? We'll try to troubleshoot the issue from there.

Lightforger,

Q u o t e:

* ISP (Internet Provider)
Campus....
Are any other players on your campus experiencing this issue? You may want to contact your network administrator to see if anything is being blocked that may effect Wow.

If anyone is still experiencing this issue, try what's mentioned here:
Error 132 - I have found the fix!

Q u o t e:
Hello fellow community, after countless hours of testing and trying different solutions. I have found a workaround to the Error #132. However, I can't guarantee this will work for everyone.

Basically, what I did was; I copied the whole World of Warcraft folder found in Users/Public/Games (Vista / Windows 7 folder) and pasted it into a whole different partition which has no folder rules. Naturally, after doing this and running the game in Windowed mode I received a ton of firewall popups to Allow the game access, once I allowed them all, the the game was back to normal!

I did not expect a simple copy paste of the game folder to a different drive would do the trick, but I'm in-game right now.

Give it a try, and good luck!

Cheers.
If you still have issues, go ahead and create a new thread.
