What do I do if my child's account was stolen while they were playing the game? We have tried to type in the password over and over and it says its not correct, they have changed the email the account was going to because that email address is no longer valid or something like that do I need to call customer service in the morning or what?

I'd highly recommend making sure your systems are secure and if they changed the email they are probably into that too.

Unless your child shared his login information with someone else, it's likely your system that's infected.

The security sticky has some excellent information on cleaning trojans and keyloggers form a system.

After that - the steps to regain control of the account, and also to get any damages investigated are in the Compromise Info Center sticky.
