Still getting error 5

The installer was unable to read the file "C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Data\patch.MPQ". This error may be caused by problems with the media or drive at C:\--for example, a scratched or dirty CD-ROM/DVD-ROM, hard drive corruption, or a networking problem while downloading the installer. (The data being read was "Creature\FelGolem\FelGolem.M2", and the error code was 5.) If this problem persists, please contact Blizzard Technical Support. (Converter::Load)

I already tried installing WOTLK Beta in safe mode. Is there an other way to fix this? I've been trying to install it for almost 2 days and nothing seems to work.

Thej,

It's trying to reading data from your original World of Warcraft install. Try going into the Retail World of Warcraft folder and run the Repair utility. It should find something odd with your patch.MPQ file.
