not sure why, but we get a new one asap...the first thing he asks for is 31 gold from each of us...I asked why? He said if we didn't pay for his repairs before we started he was going to drop...I said adios...but one of the group paid him...everything...then we have to wait till he pops out and repairs...in the end he was a pretty good tank, but why did our group have to pay for the last group that let him die?

That's pretty lame. I would've just left, to be honest. I'd rather wait for the debuff to wear off than run with someone like that.

Well, I've never personally charged anyone for services rendered as a tank. I don't see how money is an issue in this game for some people who are willing to put 30 minutes in to do some dailies.

Money wouldn't be the issue, the principle of the matter would be the issue. I have several thousand gold. I give money away to help people out regularly, but I'm not going to reward someone 30 gold for what I consider poor behavior.
