First I wish to say the customer support I have received of late with in game problems has been outstanding. With regard to this issue I was most disappointed with the level of service ever when I requested a clarification of the operation of the item (Skyguard silver cross) I did not consider it to be an urgent matter and stated that a mail response would be fine as I was trying to be considerate of your support staff.

The question was a simple how does the silver cross deal with the activation of a kill that gives experience triggering the cross when you are level 70?

All I was looking for was –

A. The cross will have a chance to trigger normally on any mob whose level is green or higher to you.
B. The cross will no longer trigger on the death of mobs except those who produce a reputation gain.

Being told to go ask other players about a game mechanics question is misguiding. After consulting several online game guides I was unable to find a clear answer I therefore asked the persons who I thought had an understanding of the games mechanics. I would still like a clear answer to my question.
