I am trying to buy an authenticator due to the hacks in my guild and in-game. I have entered my account and billing info. and click proceed to next step. After I click the button the site freezes up on me and I have the option to wait for it to respond or exit it. I have waited and waited but it never comes back to normal. I have also tried having two windows open at the same time, yet to no avail. Any help be appreciated, don't want my account hacked!

While I'm not in a position to provide full troubleshooting for accessing it, have you tried clearing the cookies and cache on your browser, then re-processing the transaction? If that doesn't work, have you tried using different browsers (also clearing the cookies and cache on those browsers)?
