On the most current PTR build, I have noticed that while some hots are scaling with haste (Renew, Rejuv, etc.), my Shaman hots are not (Riptide, Earthliving). This confounds me even more because Gift of the Naaru seems to be scaling with haste.

I can understand why Earthliving might not scale with haste, as it is a secondary effect that, to be honest, I barely even pay attention to. The Riptide issue, however, seems a bit more serious. Is there a particular reason why some hots are scaling and others are not, or is this a known issue?

EDIT: For clarity, I tested this by casting the hots and counting the number of ticks. At 38.15% haste, I only got the default number of ticks per cast (4 for Earthliving; 5 for unglyphed Riptide; 7 for glyphed Riptide). Gift of the Naaru gave me 7 ticks instead of the base 5 ticks.

Yeah, that just sounds like a bug.
