Sending armour

umm ya am i allowed to send epic armour(gold lettering armour) to charcters on different realms than the character that has the armour

As your fellow posters have noted, Mulgraks, Bind on Account items may currently be mailed cross-faction, but not cross-realm. Cross-realm mail for Bind on Account items is under development at this time, though. :)
