I'm just trying to change my battle.net email in the email tab section. It asks for my secret question, but when I enter it in, it tells me that it's incorrect every time I login. I've tried many times, and I'm using the correct answer too. I have emailed billing and account services. They both told me that my answer is correct, and that their systems have the same answer as I have. I've tried calling billing services and they are busy and not able to answer and will probably stay like that for a couple more weeks. So, having done everything, what else can I do? What more can you do to help get this fixed?

This is exactly what I was going to ask as well. You may want to try using capital (or a lowercase) letters.
