Looks like we might not be able to reconfigure our runes (maybe I just haven't unlocked that ability from questing yet), but instead specialize our weapons to give us passive combat buffs. Some of which are defensive, others which are offensive.

We plan to add, at the very least, one-handed versions of the two-handed enchants.

Having 5% parry on each weapon would be a little crazy, but we could offer 2.5 or 3% on a one-handed weapon. Ideally we'll add some more as well. :)
