+run speed boots = +mount speed?

Hi.

If you're riding a mount, would you go faster if you equip boots that make you run faster?

Its not clear to me if mount speed would be affected by boots that make you run faster or not. Anybody know? Has anybody tested this before? Thank you

I think it would be a bug if they did, unless maybe you have a flying NordicTrack.
