on friday I got the email from a friend to sign up for wow and entered my trial account, then i purchased the retail version of the game 1-60. i then bought a 60 day game card and inputted it into my account info, they both say pending on my account payment history screen. today monday i called billing and they are "unfortunately to busy to take my call". my friend and i are unable to get the linked account benefits such as xp and summoning. also my friend is wondering when he will get his rocket mount? plz help
