Hello everyone,

Before I say anything, I just want to point out that I was being careless and sound like a complete idiot for letting this actually slide by. Anyways, A couple months ago I had gotten my account compromised, but at the time I was told by a scam email that I was banned. After trying over and over to get my account back I was finally told that it was not banned, but active and playable. I got my account back but found all my toons transferred from my main server to Shattered Hand. My account is currently being investigated by a specialist team and will have all my toons retransferred back to my old server (According to the GM and Blizz Rep on the phone.) Does anyone know how long this usually takes? Thanks.

Up to a few days, usually. Depends on workload. They'll take care of you as soon as possible, though, so don't fret.
