I was recently hacked. I sent in a ticket via e-mail can you possibly tell me if and when I will get a restore?

It doesn't appear so, but I imagine we'll be able to reach you (hopefully) within the next 24 hours hours. Wait times really do vary from day-to-day and from account-to-account, though, so I can't say for certain. Just hang tight and we'll start on your restoration just as soon as possible.
