Good Evening!

Early last month I had cancelled both of my accounts. This account had a few characters on it, that in a moment of stupidity for lack of a better term, I deleted and sold off all of my inventory (armor, items in bags, banks, etc..) as i hadnt planned on playing anymore. A few weeks ago I decided to re-activate my account's. I was wondering if it was possible to get the deleted characters restored. More specifically, The following Characters:


Ninjee (Feathermoon) (Edit: The character im posting on is named Ninjee, but the deleted toon was a Level 42 Night Elf Priest)
Ninjett (Feathermoon)

Rosalee (Tanaris)
Thaherty (Tanaris)

Rosalee (Terokkar)

I used the contact form on the Account Admin page about A week ago and received an automated e-mail saying my information was received, but have received no information nor seen any of the characters restored.

One other problem I am having is that I need to update the email address on file with my main account (the one this character is on), but i no longer have access to the old e-mail address. I tried to call Billing & Support but keep receiving a busy signal.

Any and all help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.


Edit: I have also e-mailed 'wowcharhelp@blizzard.com' using the template found on the website with the information as well.

Ninjee, we're unable to provide any type of restorations here on the forums. You will need to speak with a Game Master in-game concerning any restoration requests. I am extremely sorry that we cannot be of more direct assistance. :(
