Once again you guys pulled down the servers. Just over the past 2 months Blizzard has had issues with signing on, the norm Tuesday down time, which has been extended 2 out of 3 times, and other small bugs. During that time I sent the support team a email asking to be reimbursed for the time lost. For 5-days I had to go back and forth with emails with your support team. They had no clue what they were doing. Their emails were just form letters informing me how to reload the game and keep trying to log-in. Its was not any issue on my side, it was issues on your side. I had to get rude and tell the person from your support team to take a minute and read the stupid email and to stop sending me form letters, at which time he tells me to come here and post, then just "MAYBE" you will do something.
So lets see, no matter if we play or not we have to pay 15 bucks a month, although you guys can pull the servers down as many times you wish and we get nothing for the lost time. Then when we write to the department that should be there to help us, we get the run around and then told to post in a forum to "MAYBE" have someone from Blizzard listen and do anything. So I posted and here it is....
Oh by the way, just noticed I am a Level 49 and now it shows Level 48. So do I lose a level for posting or what.
