Every time i try to claim the Mount from the Recruit-A-Friend program, i get error encountered page. I have tired this a couple of times over the last few weeks, and i just wanted to know what was going on?

Im kinda glad, that the error happened as i kinda interested in this new mount, but at the same time i would like to know what the problem is.

What is the nature of the error exactly - and what browser are you using?

You might try another browser, or clearing your cookies and cache to see if that helps.

Of note, Chrome and Safari are known to sometimes not play nicely with some of our webforms.
