I know we are not yet in the area of testing actually damage ranges of abilities yet and all. I know you do not want to let addon's be available yet.

But could we make a small exception and allow the use or recount or some other similar combat logging addon? If we cannot, can you give us a workaround to this very handy addon so that we your testers can do some more testing and examining of our abilities as they are currently, as well as they will be with the future changes they have planned?

I know this is a great deal to ask, but it really is a useful testing addon.

And as a personal request... can you give Hunters a way to shut off auto shot (even if only macro'ed) besides trying to back pedal? Its fine for other shots like arcane and such, but it makes testing JUST the damage ranges from Steady/Cobra a real pain in the butt.
