Rebirth and Innervate... any other classes?

It seems a major push behind some buff/debuff/abilities in WoTLK deals with making it so no single class has a powerful, unique buff that is strong enough to make you feel like you need to take that class over another. You can bring your friends, or those who are the most skilled at that class, instead of feeling compelled to bring a certain class with an uber buff or ability.

It seems like a pretty good job of this is being done, so far, but innervate and rebirth are still properties that solely belong to druids.

True, mana battery is coming to raids via several class abilities, but innervate is still pretty unique. It's focused on a single player, and regens quickly, versus the mana battery style of buffering mana loss, vs a mana refill.

And rebirth doesn't really qualify as a buff, per se, but it is a very unique ability that for min/maxers, WILL make the difference between who gets in a raid. I doubt it'll get to the state that shaman currently are in on Live, but stacking druids (especially if cat druid is close to rogue DPS) might become an issue.

So, are any other classes getting similar abilities? Soulstone isn't quite the same, and seems to be more wipe recovery, where I am talking about reactive rezzing.

At the moment we have no plans to give those abilities to other classes. The raid buff stacking change was done because it was disheartening to see players spend so much effort trying to min / max the buffs different classes brought, and understandably so, rather than trying the encounters.

We understand that the risk of having more redundant buffs across classes is homogenization and too much homogenization hurts class diversity. So long as we avoid any fights in which Innervate or brez offer a huge bonus, we don't see a reason to hand them out to everybody. That goes true for similar abilities that other classes have.
