We are aware of issues on several realms where mail items do not appear correctly when sent from other players or purchased from the Auction House. These items should not be lost, however you may be currently unable to pull them out of the mail.

Our server technicians are hard at work attempting to isolate and resolve this issue as quickly as possible; in the meantime however, we would request that you please leave any items pending in your inbox in place to be on the safe side. We will be performing rolling restarts on the realms listed below beginning at 1:30AM PST, December 27. We anticipate that each realm will be down for no more than 15 minutes. The overall process will last approximately 1 hour.

Restarts have now been completed, and mail is once again able to be sent and received properly. Unfortunately, any mail that was sent during the time that issues were experienced this evening will be temporarily unavailable.

We are working to restore this mail, although there may be up to a three day delay until this can be accomplished. Placing a petition will not be required to receive any missing items, and we appreciate your patience in the meantime as we work to fully restore all mails sent or received during this time.
