Really? Seriously? Lazy GM's?
by Dairomath | 29/04/2010 14:57:06![]() I've been trying to upgrade this account from a trial to a full subscription using the RAF feature. After selecting upgrade online and inputting my payment information I get the following message... "The direct online upgrade option is currently unavailable. Please contact Billing and Account Services to upgrade your account, or try again at another time." I've called account services several times in the past two days, only to be told to call back later. I've sent an email and got a reply saying that they've received my email. My question really is how long is this service going to be unavailable? I can't seem to see anyone else with this issue on the forums. Thank you. |
by Aredek | 29/04/2010 18:28:41![]() Hey there, Dairo. What browser are you using when attempting to upgrade your account? Is it the most up-to-date version? I do not see any active issues which would result in you being presented with such an error message. An Authenticator today helps keep the bad guys at bay! The revocation of your chat privileges is part and parcel of this penalty. The relative motivation and energy of our staff have nothing to do with it. Your case will be considered once it has progressed through the queue, and no sooner. Perhaps, rather than railing on the forums regarding this situation, you might better spend this time considering the actions which led you here and how to avoid a similar circumstance in the future. You expressed a concern regarding the appropriate application of our policies in a hostile and 'trolling' fashion. Rather than suspending your posting account for violations of the forum code of conduct (http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/forum-coc.html), I provided what I believe to be a firm but accurate response. If you wish to provide feedback regarding my moderation of this forum, you can express your concerns via email at wowgmfeedback-us@blizzard.com.
