Sorry for the duplicate if this has been reported already:

I reported this through the Bug submission, but wanted to make it public too =). After clearing Hellfire Ramparts, killing Vazruden the Herald is not completing... therefore not awarding the achievement.

Thanks for looking in to it, I personally LOVE the achievements!!!

This will be fixed the next time we patch.
