I've been trying to tie up any unsolved posts before tomorrow, so if I didn't get to you I am very sorry.

Tomorrow (Monday), Tuesday and Wednesday I will be taking classes to help me get a better understanding what the Billing and Account Services team does and how to use their tools. This will help me help some of you without having to keep telling you to contact the Billing guys with some account issues.

Lucytr will be here on Monday and Tuesday and I will be coming in early Wednesday to get to some of the issues before the class starts up.

I didn't want you guys to think that I'm bailing on you, just broadening my knowledge to help more of you.

Sorry for any inconvenience, but knowing you guys, these forums will be fine.

Don't worry, Stoneblade. We're just gathering more skills to give you even more [EPIC] service. I went through this training about a week ago now, and it was so enlightening! I've already been able to help so much more than I could before taking the classes.
