Now I know that multiboxing is game legal, however, I'm wondering, is using multiboxing to repeat the same thing more than once in trade also game legal? For example,

[ 2. Trade ] [Tanni] : I like the color blue more than green lawlz
[ 2. Trade] [Taani] : I like the color blue more than green lawlz
[ 2. Trade] [Tanii] : I like the color blue more than green lawlz
[ 2. Trade] [TTani] : I like the color blue more than green lawlz


Is this allowed?

I understand that since it's each it's own account it might not be considered spam, but wouldn't it maybe fall under zone/area disruption?

It would be considered one "source", so yes, it could be classified as spamming under the proper circumstances.
