Hey GMs,

Quick question regarding the upcoming free transfers between high and low pop Oceanic Realms. I did a paid character transfer between Oceanic Realms in the last couple of months so that I could join up with some RL friends however they are now planning on taking Blizzard up on the Free Transfers.

Will my Paid transfer block me from also taking part in the free transfer or are they seperate issues?
