Question about tickets
by Graymalk | 12/04/2007 11:43:42![]() What information is sent along with the typed message for a ticket? Specifically, I want to know if they get location coordinates. Doo dah doo dah |
by Pavonum | 12/04/2007 12:45:21![]() Generally speaking, Graymalk, you should be safe merely saying something to the effect of "at my character's present location at the time this petition was submitted" to convey the information you want to get across; it never hurts to provide a brief description of the area in terms of landmarks or other objects, though, if such a thing is possible. For clarification, would this be to report bugged mobs and gathering nodes? Oh, and it's possible to get coordinates from a macro through the standard interface. I don't remember how, but I'm sure the UI & Macros Forum knows the answers you seek. The "tloc" isn't of much use to Game Masters, though, so there's no need to mention it in your tickets. :) UI & Macros Forum: https://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/board.html?forumId=11114&sid=1 |
