Question about second acct

i have a second acct that has long since been frozen since i no longer needed it. but i was wondering..

can i xfer my gold from my acct that isnt BC upgraded to a char on my BC account? i dont want to fork over 15 bucks to re activate if i cant

That would work just fine. The Burning Crusade is definitely not going to be any determining factor in this situation.
