Question about Instillation - Please help.

Sincast

Long story :

- I did i system restore on my comp, to a month ago, so when I got on WoW it asked me to install the patches. I would try, but it would say, I already had them installed, and there was repair options blah blah blah.. Basically I spent a bunch of time on reparing unbroken files, and messing with files, and folders, and found myself unable to get on.

So, I uninstalled the game, thinking I had all my disks to re-install..

Turns out I only have the first five. The non Burning Crusade ones.

So, my question is :

- I have the first part of the game installed, can I just download the rest of the expansion from the site? Only reason I ask is because with the non BC version, I know its just some trial copy of the game.

Would really be cool, if I did'nt have to go spend another 40 dollars for an account, just to get the disks.

Thanks.

Sincast, what Sedusya says is true, when you download the client for a “trial account” you are actually downloading the full game, the only restrictions (which are removed when you upgrade to the full version) are placed on the account itself. If you still have the BC trial disks, you should be able to use those, just as you did the four disks to install the original game.

Or, you could simply use the link that Molotos supplied for us. :0P
