Hello friendly GMs and forum denizens,

I know we've seen a metric crudload of threads like these, but I guess all I can do is cry, "One more!"

One of my warlocks is in the US Military and is currently deployed. He states that he has been account banned. I've directed him to Account Administration, but he says he's done nothing wrong. (Of course, I have no real idea if any of the above is true, but, I presume they are except likely the latter.)

Could I get any information regarding this situation? It is apparently difficult for him to correspond with them regularly, and I feel obliged as class leader.

Stuggins, I completely understand your concern for your fellow player and guild mate but this is not something that involves a guild or other players - the account owner and only the account owner needs to address any concerns they have with the action taken against their account. The appropriate and only point of contact is Account Administration.
