Dear GM Team,

I spoke with a GM Venthain this morning whom was unable to assist me (I'm sure as to no fault of his/her own!), but I've now decided to bring it to these forums.

This morning to complete a quest "Subdue the subduer", which is a quest involved on the Netherwing faction, I was forced to purchase an epic flying mount to complete it.

Being that I am a druid, epic flying form is what I personally use to get around. So I was forced to spend 200 gold on a mount that I was only to use for the 5 minute completion of this quest. The quest requires the player to be mounted. Druids cannot use the item needed while in epic flight form since we cannot use items in forms.

Now, I would like a refund on the 200 gold for the mount that I will never use, as it was necessary to purchase it for the completion of this quest.

Is there anything you can do for me? I don't want the mount, I just want my gold back :/

Ako, I am really sorry to say that the Game Master staff is unable to reverse purchases made. Our Restoration Policy is in place to assist in situations where mistakes or errors occurred, this was not the case here.

If you feel that the quest in question should be changed then please post on the Suggestions Forum, we we're legally restricted from processes feature or change requests anywhere but on that forum.
