We're working on updating the PTR servers to a new test build, and should have them back available soon. You may start to see patches available to download for the new build soon.

I'll update this thread once there is more information.

The PTR servers should be coming back up for testing soon, and you'll be prompted to download a new patch before connecting.

The new PTR build is 0.3.0.10747.
