[PTR Bug] UnitBuff duration inconsistent

A picture says a thousand words with this one.

For long-duration buffs (and possibly debuffs?) the buff time as returned by UnitBuff() differs from the time as returned by GetPlayerBuffTimeLeft().

During the duration of the screenshotted buff, I alt-tabbed a number of times and also relogged once or twice. Hope this helps :)
