My account was hacked into about 4-5 weeks ago. I lodged a formal complaint and was Contacted by an in-game GM who said that the matter would be looked into and that i would be contacted within 2-3 weeks. I've been waiting patiently for 4-5 weeks now, for a response of any sort. However not a single personnel has contacted me or notified me of any progress at all.

This is my last resort to get a response of any kind. As i am from Australia, phone calls are out of the question.
