After playing a game against Ringo, a druid from my server, in 2's, we won the game and this screen came up.

After not being able to leave the game, i contacted Ringo (he had gotten out) and he said to alt +f4 or /afk to get out of the match. I did the latter and was able to leave the match right away. My partner was stuck in the match still after trying both, and we had still not received the deserved points. When i asked them, they said they had also not lost the points. I went into the match as 2090 and came out, after winning, as 2090.

I petitioned a GM and unfortunately had to go to bed before he could respond. I got an email saying that for whatever reason, they could not reimburse the points, but that's not good enough for me.

The big deal about these 16 points is they would have put my partner and I both over 2200 in 2's, which everyone knows is what picks you up season 4 shoulders. While we could play another game, i would rather not risk a big loss and instead have the points that i deserve.

I have since, posted another ticket to a GM for a response and am hoping for some insight here as well.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I am genuinely sorry that this occurred though; the timing was pretty awful =(. I am hopeful that you will successfully top 2200 very soon - you guys have come this far, so I'm sure you have the skills to do it!
