Problem in Blizzard Store

I've just bought a WOW wireless headset in Blizzard Store but they sent me Ally headset and I ordered the HORDE one. I sent an e-mail to billing@blizzard.com on June 8th and so far I got no answer.
So is there any chanel to get an easy contact with Blizzard in order to solve my issue. Note that I live in Brazil and international calls are pretty expensive.

Actually, all of those devices should come with both Horde and Alliance inserts. It's probably best to check your packaging very thoroughly though, as they are a bit hidden.
