Posting Reminder: Ride the Wave
by Nethaera | 14/07/2010 20:53:47![]() As you all are aware, we've been admitting testers in waves. It seems though, that with each wave, we need to remind everyone of a few important things when posting here on the beta forums. First off, it's important to take note of the available forums and what they are focused on as listed in the top sticky- Welcome to the Beta Forums! Second off, we ask that everyone take the time to share specific and constructive feedback. It's very easy to be swept up in the moment and post, "I don't like this!" with not much substance. While it might be a bit cathartic for you, it doesn't help us very much. This process involves giving us examples of things you've found problematic in a clear and concise way so that we can better look at things from your perspective on our end. Third, (and lastly for now) we are indeed in beta and your feedback is important to us. That said, please refrain from harassing or defamatory language toward other testers who are trying to share their own perspective with us. We want to hear it all provided you remember the key word "constructive" when posting. It's OK to disagree with each other, just please remember that we're looking for a variety of feedback. If you're new to the beta, welcome. If you've been here awhile, we hope you're having a good time. Thanks! Almost only counts in horseshoes, hand grenades, and "nuclear launch detected." |
