Please answer a question about my restoration
by Naiku | 03/06/2010 22:38:23![]() Hi there, I had made a post a few days ago about the wait time on my restoration, I've had an ingame ticket up for 48 hours and it has not even been looked at yet, so I am begging a representative from Blizz to please at least give me an update on the status of my account. It is unlocked, it was hacked about 9 days ago. The very same day it was hacked I spoke to a representative over the phone named Lauren, who created a ticket for both the accounts on my battle.net account to be restored. This was 9 days ago. Since then I have not received an email from ANYONE. I'm wondering if you guys have my new battle.net address? She changed it 9 days ago since my email was hacked as well. I have not received ANY word from Blizz on how long it will take but it has been 9 days and I'm so upset I'm just ready to give up. Please answer me with anything you can tell me, it would be greatly appreciated. Baby come back! You can blame it all on me! |
by Syndri | 03/06/2010 23:32:04![]() While I'm unable to say where you are in queue specifically, Naiku, I can confirm that you are definitely still in queue. Full account restorations are requiring about 8 to 10 days right now (sometimes less, sometimes more) and you've been in queue for roughly 8 days. It looks like you might have a bit of a wait still ahead of you, but a representative will be along to assist just as quickly as possible. Please let me know if you have any further questions. I'm happy to help however I can. :) Customer Service Forum Representative Security Checklist: http://us.battle.net/security/ "If you want to make an apple pie from scratch, you must first create the universe." - Carl Sagan |
