Plagued Ghoul-Naxx-drops Tier 3 reagents?

Can anyone confirm or deny that the npcs below the ring before Loatheb can still drop these reagents? I've seen/read conflicting things.


Trying to figure out if there's any hope for ever turning in my descrated tunic. ( Silly chain scraps!)

Alas, those quest items no longer drop, I'm afraid. As of this moment, I do not believe that there are any plans to make those items available again in the future either.
