Are such liars....you did no such thing. I guarentee you 99.99% of the player base jumped straight into heroics the moment they hit 80, greens, blues and all!

While running the normals is not too common these days, it was definitely more common when players were first hitting 80. If you put together a group in nothing but greens and quest blues (possibly crit-able tank) these dungeons can be a bit of a challenge.

I also still did normals on some of my alts when they first hit 80, but mainly focused on like totc and that wasn't needed for very long.
