PCT -> RP-PVP -> PvP

Since it is a PvP server to PvP server, are those kind of transfers doable? Just asking here before I go and attempt it.

For transfers, RP flag means nothing. So yes RP-PVP to PVP or PVP to RP-PVP is fine
