Payment Issues
by Isolate | 08/03/2010 11:50:48![]() I'm writing this mostly out of frustration. Anyways, I have been having payment issues with Blizzard lately. When I log into my Account Management page via Battle.net, the card information that I enter is somehow, invalid? Alright, you've accepted that same card for 2 years, now it's invalid? Further, I've called the "Billing Hot-line" and was told I would be waiting in line for 40-45 minutes. I waited 1 and 1/2 hours before finally hanging up the phone. I don't have that kind of time to wait on the other end of the line. I'm very frustrated. I'd like to change the race of one of my characters and I'd like to stop having to go to the store to buy GameTime Cards. What's the deal? |

I do apologize for the frustrations of getting stuck trying to find a spot in the Billing queue, Isolate. However, this sort of issue does require the attention of a Billing and Account Services representative to address. Typically, the fastest way to contact Billing is via phone, however, if this is proving too difficult, you may consider sending an email to billing@blizzard.com detailing the situation. While it may take a few days, they will respond to your request for assistance and provide as much insight and help as they can. Your patience while we work to address both the extended phone queue and the specific issues of the players themselves is most appreciated. Loot the Hound!
