I don't know if this is a bug or not, but while we were running 25 man Naxx a few nights ago, we ran into Patchwerk and wiped on him repeatedly. We thought at first that our heals were lacking, but after bring in 7 total healers (2 on MT, 2 on each OT taking Hatefuls, and a druid healer casting HoTs on all three) we still couldn't beat him. We have never had a problem with this before but I think our tanks were just taking way too much damage to keep heals up on them. Lowest we ever got him was around 60% health only. Our main tank took a hit several times for 35,000 damage on him, something that I've never seen before in my life on Patchwerk. Once again, we've never had a problem healing this fight with only 5 healers and 7 should just be complete overkill.

If you have combat logs, or more detailed information it would be helpful to see if there is actually a bug here.
