With the implementation of Patch 4.0.3 we have come across several outstanding issues that are either under investigation or simply causing a bit of confusion. In order to provide a centralized location to provide information and updates we have created this thread.

• Unable to see Chat:

There have been multiple reports of players who have been unable to see chat. This issue seems to be caused by a popular addon that rates your gear. :)

Though disabling this addon should allow chat to be visible once more, the makers have already introduced an update which reportedly has resolved the issue.

The following changes implemented with patch 4.0.3 have caused some player's UI's to be much smaller than normal.

You should be able to adjust these settings by adjusting your video options.

• Open your Main Menu (ESC key by default)
  
• Click on Video an then on the Advanced option.
  
• You can then use the UI Scale slider to adjust the scale.

A hotfix was implemented during the morning restarts which addressed and resolved this issue.

We are aware of the reported issue where the enemy gunship is disappearing when you use the cannons, preventing the completion of the encounter. This is being investigated and we hope to have a resolution implemented as soon as possible.

In the event that there are any further developments, we will endeavor to provide that information as soon as it becomes available.
