Why Paris?

I would have been happy to pay $105 to go, had it been located around the corner from me at the Irvine studios. =/

The World Wide Invitational is a great opportunity for us to be together with our players and fans and have a great time discussing and playing games. Paris will be a great location because we have players and fans not just in North America, but every continent (excluding Antarctica to my knowledge) and we want as many people as possible to have a chance to come.

Yeah, it's hard to make all of them, but I'm pretty sure we'll have another convention in North America at some point in the future. ;-)
