Paladin is locked?

I transfered my paladin from dragon blight to scilla day before yesterday and played just fine but then today i got disconnected and when i try and log back in it says i must wait for the recent character update to complete i look in my email no emails from bliz i waited a few hours still no good so i googled it and checked my transaction page and i had no transactions that needed to be finalized anyone help?

You will want to contact our Billing department about this. Yes, it went through, but something emerged that seemed a bit suspicious and this was locked for your protection.

Those can usually be cleared up by a simple phone call to Billing. It may be a bit challenging to get into the queue, but do remember they are open 12 hours a day - and 7 days a week.

so whats the process i call billing and tell them whats up or hat information should i have ready when i call


I'd just call and talk to them - this is typically cleared up fairly easily. If they need more information or documentation, they will surely let you know.
