I transferred my main character to another server 3 months ago tomorrow. A few days after my transfer to the new server, I changed my name. My original name was taken, so I picked a new one when I transferred, but found that I didn't care for it after a night's sleep, so I paid the $10 to change it to something more similar to my original.

Anyway, I've made the decision to transfer back to my original server tomorrow when my timer is up. My original name is still available on my original server (I saved it!), and I'd just planned to delete my alt, and grab my new name when I transfer (creating an alt with my current name beforehand, of course).

My question is two-fold: First, will my renaming cause any issues with my transfer timer, and second, will the renaming cause problems with the automatic character rename when I do transfer?

(Please note that if it matters, this is not the character I'm transferring, I have issue getting him to show up..but this one is on the same account)

my 3month cooldown ended today and when i go to paid transfer it says my char is available for xfer
but when i pick my destination realm and click continue i get the following message:

"An error has occurred:
The character you are attempting to transfer is currently not eligible to be transferred. This may be because the character has undergone a paid character transfer within the past three months. A previously transferred character can be the subject of a subsequent transfer only after three months have elapsed. Contact our Billing and Account Services for more information. "

early this week it said my cool down ended on the 8th of febuary which is today and that the char was not eligible for transfer it is now saying saying its availible now but i get the above error
