I am experiencing a issue when i go to transfer my character it keeps saying An error has occurred on this page We encountered a problem processing this credit card. i have never had this problem with transferring before. i have also called my bank to see if there was something wrong with my credit card and they said it was fine so i"m thinking its on blizzards end. so Blizzard what can u do about this Problem???

Our Billing Department would be your best resource on an issue of this nature.

I'm sure they can provide assistance and perhaps guidance on this.
