Heyy, i'm not really sure if this is the forum I ask help for or if its a bug report, but since its an error page i'm not sure!

So anyways, i'm wanting to pay for a character name change and uhh after I put in the name I want to change it too and put in my cc information and I put continue, and then it says Error and uhm this scary looking green zombie picture, lol.

Anyone else having this problem? What should I do??

I've tried 3 times throughout the times i've been on and each time it says the char name I put in to change it to says 'unavaliable' which its not, so it does that each time:(

It locks the name I want each time I get to that error page aswell.


Edit!! And after a few hours I tried it again and it wasn't locked or something anymore, so I tried another time and it locked it again with the Error page. Grr lol.

Do you still receive this error if you use different browser, Forbiidden?

You might want to try FireFox (http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/upgrade.html?from=getfirefox). Sometimes, certain browsers will experience issues when others do not.
