Average queue times are around 4-5 days so it may be a couple more days before you have your resolution. It is a fairly common issue though so they should be able to help. :)

I believe you would need to resend everything, Edric. That is mostly based on what I know about Fax submissions but it may still apply. If you can, resend the whole thing, just to be certain.

Hmm, have you seen Dead Like Me or Coupling? Pushing Daisies? I don't think White Collar or Castle can be viewed online through it but they are really good if you haven't seen it. There are some pretty good shows out right now but except what is already mentioned I don't know if they'd be recommendable. Warehouse 13, Eureka and Stargate Universe are some of the ones I'm really enjoying but I don't know if they are available either.
