The Arakkoa is coming along nicely. I'm actually carving the beak. ^_^

Got the shoulder pads fitted. May have to bulk it up a bit so that when you wear it you don't have to stretch your neck out.

Claws are coming along. I made prototypes, now need to actually use the protos to make it, but I can't continue until we move into the big house. ^_^

It's something we've definitely talked about and, honestly, are still talking about, TW. That being said, our Technical Support Representatives work side-by-side our Billing Representatives, and a number of Representatives are cross-trained to assist with those issues. While there are some similarities in the Game Master department, there are some notable differences behind the scenes as well.

I would not fret about having legitimate Authenticators removed, however. Let's just say that we're 100% sure the Authenticator is malicious before removing it.

We'll continue to discuss how we address these issues, though.
